Olivera brings over 20 years of experience from small businesses and nonprofits to corporations. She has a Master of Science degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool (UK), and has held positions in business management, human resources, executive editorial management, and served as HR Business Consultant to several organisations. She developed, designed, and delivered training programs on various topics.
She spent the last decade helping companies, executives, professionals, freelancers, and many others at various professional levels worldwide to find the best solutions for their organisational and career pain points. She has worked with over 1.000 international clients from 25+ countries so far.
When Olivera is not coaching or consulting, she studies leadership trends, designs, cooks, and enjoys time with her family.
